Manuscript falls within JEMS aims and scope
Manuscript is written in English
Not submitted elsewhere and not under review at another journal
All author names removed from the main manuscript file
Separate title page prepared with full author information
Abstract (200–300 words) and keywords (5–8) included
APA 7th edition referencing applied throughout
Conflict of Interest statement included
Funding statement included
Data Availability statement included
AI Use disclosure included (if applicable)
All figures and tables numbered and referenced in text
Permissions obtained for any third-party material
Files to Submit
- Title Page (.docx) — full author details, affiliations, and all required statements
- Main Manuscript (.docx) — blinded, no author-identifying information
- Figures (.png, .jpg, .tif, 300dpi minimum) — as separate files if not embedded
- Cover Letter (.docx or .pdf) — optional but encouraged
How to Submit
During the journal's initial phase, manuscripts are submitted by email. Send all files to:

Please allow 10 working days for an acknowledgement of receipt.
After Submission
Authors will receive an acknowledgement within 10 working days. Following initial editorial screening, authors will be informed whether their manuscript will proceed to peer review, normally within 15 working days of submission.
